Pre-Operative Physiotherapy supports you to be educated and informed of what to expect from your surgery and the rehabilitation afterwards, a functional clinical assessment will ensure that you have a personalised management program to enhance mobility, muscle strength and function specific to your needs and goals.
Improving your quality of movement and understanding of your condition will empower you to be in control of your health, reduce stress and enhance recovery.
Having well-conditioned muscles and quality movement patterns means that your body will be better supported in your rehabilitation, meaning that standing, walking, getting out of a chair or any other movement will be more comfortable and you will be stronger.
We will be there to support you before and after surgery. Having someone who understands your body and goals will enhance your outcome and lead to you moving and feeling better faster.
